30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, or you must provide a photo showing the issue.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email us at support@copprmint.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours.
REFUND CONDITIONS
For orders under $50, no return shipment is required. We issue a full refund and you keep the product. For orders $50 and above, we may ask you to return the item before processing the refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Gift cards are non-refundable. Items purchased during a final sale promotion are non-refundable.
