1. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on www.copprmint.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. These terms apply exclusively to consumers purchasing products for personal, non-commercial use within the United States.

2. Products

All products sold on this website are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur between what is displayed on screen and the actual product received. These minor differences do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for a return or refund.

Our products are oral care accessories and supplements. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in US Dollars (USD) and include no additional taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout. COPPRMINT reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system malfunction, COPPRMINT reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Ordering process

When you place an order on our website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from COPPRMINT. This email constitutes our acceptance of your offer and forms a binding contract between you and COPPRMINT.

COPPRMINT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incomplete or inaccurate billing information, product unavailability, or order quantities that suggest resale purposes.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. COPPRMINT does not store your credit card information. Your financial data is encrypted and handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You will be notified and may attempt to place your order again with valid payment information.

6. Subscriptions

COPPRMINT may offer subscription-based purchasing options for select consumable products. By subscribing, you authorize COPPRMINT to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the frequency you selected (e.g., every 30 or 60 days) until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at support@copprmint.com. Cancellation takes effect before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped.

7. Bundles and promotions

Bundle pricing reflects a discount compared to purchasing each item individually. Bundle contents are fixed and cannot be customized. Promotional offers, discount codes, and limited-time pricing are valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

Promotional offers cannot be combined with subscription discounts or other active promotions unless explicitly stated. COPPRMINT reserves the right to end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping within the United States takes 7-15 business days after processing. Free shipping is available on orders of $44.99 and above. A flat rate of $4.99 applies to orders under $44.99.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. COPPRMINT is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

9. Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging, or you must provide a photo of the issue.

For orders under $50, no return shipment is required. You receive a full refund and keep the product. For orders of $50 or more, we may request a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Gift cards and items purchased during final-sale promotions are non-refundable.

10. Product warranty

The Copper Scraper is designed for lifetime use under normal conditions. Normal wear, including natural patina development, is expected and does not constitute a defect. If your Copper Scraper breaks or becomes structurally damaged under normal use, contact us at support@copprmint.com and we will replace it free of charge.

Consumable products (Probiotic Fresh Tabs, Pocket Spray, Charcoal Detox Tabs) are not covered by a warranty due to their nature. They are covered by our 30-day return policy if unused.

11. Intellectual property

All product names, brand names, logos, packaging designs, and website content are the exclusive property of COPPRMINT. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

Purchasing a product does not grant you any rights to the COPPRMINT brand, trademarks, or intellectual property.

12. Limitation of liability

COPPRMINT's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. COPPRMINT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or personal injury, arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Our products are not substitutes for professional dental or medical care. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute arising from or relating to a purchase on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.

14. Changes to these terms

COPPRMINT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
