SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates Orders $44.99 and above: Free standard shipping. Orders under $44.99: Flat rate $4.99 shipping.

Delivery times Standard shipping: 7-15 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. COPPRMINT is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Where we ship We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Undeliverable packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.

Lost or damaged packages If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@copprmint.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
